"Probate" or . . . . . . when someone in your family dies.

The death of a loved one can be extremely difficult. Unfortunately, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania there are legal requirements that loved ones and family members must often go through for "probate," or in simpler terms, legal requirements necessary to put the business of the decedent in order. These legal requirements are often cumbersome, exhausting and have time restrictions that you and your family may not want to deal with during your time of grief; let me help you through this process.
You may think that because your dead loved one was not wealthy, he or she may not have an "estate" that needs to be handled by the probate processes. Unfortunately, most residents of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania who die with any amount of assets or debts probably have some kind of estate or intestate property that needs to be handled through a legal processes.
Having lost several loved ones myself, I understand how hard the grieving process may be for you. I would like to help you through this processes by handling the probate of your dead loved-one's estate in a way that causes you the least amount of headaches; hopefully I can ease your burden during this difficult time.
If you have recently lost a loved one to death, call me for a consultation so I may see if I can be of counsel to you and your family.
